PRESIDENT’S REPORT – Matt Caffrey

Volunteer hosts are needed for the 35th Bucks Designer House.  The DBCA will pay the volunteer fee of $10 as in years past.

A holiday decorations meeting was held last week with John Davis and Rick Kempes regarding the 80% failure of lighted snowflake decorations.  The company finally responded back and will give us a credit.  A few snowflakes will be sent back to the company so an assessment can be made towards a credit.

A new holiday decorations committee needs to be formed.  Cathy Hoot and Rich Slabinski are on board to decide on new decorations by the end of summer.  Joan Doyle stated that she would like to be part of this committee.

TREASURER’S REPORT – Bill James presented the report. Our ending balance for March, 2010 was $8,775.07.
