About the Doylestown Business & Community Alliance (DBCA)

On June 6, 1989, the Doylestown Business and Community Alliance (DBCA) was officially created through the merger of the Doylestown Community Association and the Greater Doylestown Business Alliance, a combination of caring community residents and business representatives.

Many of the traditions that locals have come to treasure and appreciate over the years are a direct result of the commitment and spirit of volunteerism that flourishes among the caring community residents and business representatives that make up the DBCA. Through the tireless efforts of our members, the DBCA is able to create the atmosphere that makes Doylestown one of America's premier small towns. Unknown to many residents of the Borough, the DBCA is an integral part of the fabric of many of the traditions that we have all come to expect and appreciate.

Among these adored traditions are the spring flowering hanging baskets, annual Doylestown Memorial 5K Race, Fall Arts Festival, Winter Holiday decorations, Holiday Lighted Tree & Dreidel, Santa Coming to Town, Santa's House and Midnight Magic.

All of these special events and traditions are financially supported by the membership dues of the DBCA's business and resident members. So come aboard and join the DBCA and take part in supporting Doylestown's Best Kept Secret - the DBCA!
