COMMITTEE REPORTS

Holiday – Don Stevens

This Sunday, January 22, the Christmas tree located at Starbucks will be taken down.  We are looking for 5-6 volunteers that can come out at 8:00 a.m. to help take down the lights on the tree and surrounding fencing.

The Borough approved that the snowflakes and garland decorations can stay up until the end of February.

Arts Festival - Rich Slabinski

The Arts Festival mailing has been sent out and we have already started to receive applications.

Shop Local – Ellen Mager

Ellen took the shop local brochure that was on the web and turned into a walking tour by street rather then in alpha order.

Participants have complained that the shop local logo is too small for the windows.

Membership – Rich Slabinski

The membership letters have been sent out to the residents and businesses.

5K– Nancy Taylor

We will partner again this year with Mt. Carmel.  Rich Slabinski stated that the DBCA will be more involved with the 5K this year

DBCA Liaison – Joan Doyle

The Council approved that the snowflake/garland decoration in town could stay up until February 28th.

Old Business – No update.

Meeting adjourned at 9:05
